Stuffed Shells


My Husband refuses to have dinner without any meat. I like Manicotti, but there is no meat in it. So I came up with something to satisfy both my husband and myself, even the children love it.

Ingredients for 12 people

3 9x13 pans
4 lbs. hamburger
32 oz. Ricotta
2 lbs. Mozzarella (shredded)
80 jumbo shells
2 large jars of spaghetti sauce

Mix raw meat and cheeses (1 lb. mozzarella)
Boil Shells
Put a light layer of sauce in bottom of pan
Stuff Meat in shells
Line shells in pan
Light layer of sauce over shells
Spread mozzarella over top
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes

Note:
To make it even tastier, take away 1 lb. of hamburger, and add 1 lb. of ground sausage to it.
