Macaroni Salad

I got this recipe from a dear friend of mine named Sara. I've known Sara for about 32 years. Many years ago I attended one of her baby showers. They had the best macaroni salad that I had ever had, or had ever seen anything like it. Over the years I've added a few things to it, and made it my own.

Ingredients:

1 lb. of Muellers elbow macaroni pasta
1 large tomato or 2 medium
1 bunch of green onions/scallions
1 cucumber
3 boiled eggs
1 can of Chicken of the Sea tuna in water
2 - 3 cups of Miracle Whip/salad dressing

Instructions:

Boil pasta, drain in colander, run cool water over it, let it drain
(Boil eggs in with pasta)
Dice up tomato, onions, and cucumber, put in bowl
Cool eggs in cold water and peel, dice and put in bowl with veggies
Open can of tuna, drain water, flake into bowl
Add Pasta, stir up ingredients
Add Miracle Whip to taste
Optional: Add salt and pepper

Serves a whole lot, great for left overs, picnics, cookouts, or whatever you like.
