Baked Fish

I love to fish, and even more, I love to eat fish. I remember when I lived in the Ocala National Forest, we lived near commercial fishermen, and we used to have fish frys like I've never seen before or seen since. In order to eat healthy though, it is better to bake or broil your fish. Instead of using bread, I use a seasoned Parmesan topping.

Ingredients:
  • Fish Fillets (which ever your preference) (I used Talapia)
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Seasoning Salt (I used Lawry's)
  • Garlic Powder (not salt)
  • Basil & Garlic Seasoning
  • Parsley Flakes

  •  Take your fish fillets and lay them in a 9x13 pan. (I used 4)
  • Sprinkle Lawry's Seasoning on top
  • Sprinkle garlic powder on top
  • 2/3 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese in a small mixing bowl
  • Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of parsley flakes
  • Add 1 teaspoon of basil & garlic seasonings
  • Mix it all together and sprinkle over fish
  • Bake on 350 for 20 minutes
  • Broil for 10
All you have to do is add a side and a vegetable, and you have a well rounded meal!
