Biscuits & Sausage Gravy

I'm not that great of a home made gravy maker. I mean I can do it, just doesn't taste right to me every time. I found this country gravy mix from a pouch Pioneer Country Gravy Mix. I know some will turn their nose up at this, but this is a very quick and most delicious meal. Sausage gravy and biscuits, yum yum. I could make it all from scratch, but that would take to long. Pick your favorite biscuits to bake, or make your own. If you want to fool people about your home made biscuits, use Jiffy mix. Then get your ground sausage, you know Jimmy Dean makes the best sausage.

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground sausage
2 pouches of gravy mix
biscuits

Cook the ground sausage, drain grease. While cooking the sausage, go ahead and start your gravy, it calls for water, but I use half water and half milk. If you like a lot of sausage in your gravy, put in full contents, if not, only 3/4 will do. Actually your biscuits should be made or prepared and put in oven before you start the sausage gravy. Add a glass of orange juice or a cup of coffee, and have a wonderful breakfast!
