Homemade Alfredo Sauce





Alfredo Sauce

I work for a restaurant food chain that makes the greatest Alfredo sauce ever. I took this recipe and added a couple extras, and OMG! This is the most awesome Alfredo sauce ever!

Ingredients to make a little over a quart:
3 oz Graded Parmesan Cheese
2 oz Graded Romano Cheese
1 quart of heavy cream
1/4 lb. butter stick (not margarine)
1.5 tsp minced garlic
dash of pepper
dash of salt
1 tbsp cornstarch

Put butter stick into a 2 quart sauce pan
Poor in the heavy cream
Cook on medium
Add the garlic, salt, and pepper
Keep stirring the sauce
After it comes to a light boil, add the cheese
Once cheese is melted, add cornstarch
Simmer for few minutes, let it thicken, and serve
