Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs of hamburger meat
4 Tbsp chili powder
3 15 oz cans of kidney beans (2 dark and 1 light)
1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes
2 14.5 oz cans of stewed tomatoes
2 Tbsp sugar
- Open all your cans
- You need a 5 - 6 court pot (Dutch oven)
- Drain the beans of their juice
- Put your beans, diced tomatoes(juice and all), 3 Tbsp of chili powder, and 2 Tbsp of sugar into the pot and stir, and turn burner on to medium
- Take stewed tomatoes, juice and all, put into the blender and puree and pour into pot, stir
- Fry hamburger meat with 1 Tbsp of chili powder, drain grease, add to pot and stir
- Cook for 1 hour on low/simmer
